鯛飯

弟作のお米を受け取ってから、お米ばっかり食べています
弟曰く最高のできではなかったというけど、やっぱり美味しい！！

で、最近は炊飯器は使わずに、きちんとお鍋や土鍋で炊く事にハマっています！
やはり味と言うか仕上がりが全然違う！

という訳で、昨日は鯛飯！！
買った鯛はかなり小振だったのでちょっとバランスが悪いけど、、（笑
夫も珍しく、美味しい美味しいとお変わりの連続でした

これからお米を炊く事にちょっとハマりそうです！

Broken links

I have transferred blog system to my own software in April 2016. All posts prior to this transfer is in Japanese and some entries might be in private views only.
